These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sublime's services, including our iOS application and SMS-based conversational AI system (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Sublime is a goal-achievement service that helps you turn intentions into action. Through our iOS app or SMS interface, you can set goals, receive AI-assisted planning, and get help executing on your goals. Our team may complete tasks on your behalf, such as making bookings, purchases, or reservations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Your Account

You may create an account through our iOS app or by texting our SMS number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Your phone number serves as your identifier for SMS-based interactions.

4. SMS Service

By texting our phone number, you opt in to receive text messages from Sublime. You may receive conversational responses, commitment reminders, and task updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your usage.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. See our SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy for full details.

5. Task Delegation & Purchases

When you request that Sublime complete a task on your behalf (such as booking a class, making a reservation, or purchasing a product), you authorize us to act on your behalf. You agree to pay for any costs associated with these tasks.

We will inform you of estimated costs before proceeding with purchases or bookings.
Payment is collected via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for task-related costs.
You may set a spending limit. We will not exceed your stated limit without explicit approval.
Refund policies depend on the third-party vendor involved. Sublime is not responsible for third-party refund policies.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide recommendations, generate plans, and assist with goal execution. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should not be considered professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise). You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service (messages, goals, preferences). By using the Service, you grant Sublime a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to abuse, harass, or send harmful content through the Service.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sublime provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. For SMS, reply STOP to unsubscribe. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
