How You Opt In

You opt in to Sublime's SMS service by sending the first text message to our phone number. By texting us, you consent to receive text messages from Sublime related to our service. No messages are sent unless you initiate the conversation.

What Messages You Will Receive

Once opted in, you may receive:

  • Conversational responses to messages you send us, including goal planning, recommendations, and general conversation.
  • Commitment reminders for actions you have explicitly requested to be reminded about.
  • Task updates when our team completes something on your behalf (e.g., booking confirmations, purchase receipts).
  • Follow-ups related to goals and steps you have actively set up through the service.

We do not send marketing messages, promotional content, or messages unrelated to your goals and commitments.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You control the pace of conversation. Proactive messages (reminders and updates) are limited to items you have explicitly requested.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Sublime does not charge for sending or receiving text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from Sublime. You may opt back in at any time by texting us again.

Privacy
